This is taken from the book "Science Fact" edited by Professor Frank George and published by Angus & Robertson in 1978."A BLIND MAN SEES
This San Francisco student has been blind since birth. A miniature TV Camera sees images which are transmitted to stomach nerves through the waistband instrument. These nerves transmit the picture pattern to the brain which activates the visual center of the brain and the patient sees!"
