HuFu is tofu textured and flavoured to taste like authentic human flesh, so that anthropology students can have the experience legally. They plan their next product to be textured and flavoured like Baby Seal flesh - "the veal of the sea". I saw this on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
I have friends with an Adventure Food Club who would love to try both these products.
